POLICY KEY DETAILS

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of package delivery.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Size exchanges are completely free of charge. We pay for the return pickup and the shipment of your new size.
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method or UPI details within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching our warehouse.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Initiate Request

Go to your account dashboard or email hello@mumsstitch.com with your order number and request (Return or Exchange size).

Quality Review

Our courier partner will pick up the package within 24–48 hours. Ensure items are unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.

Refund or Dispatch

For returns, refunds are processed within 5-7 days after quality check. For exchanges, the new size is dispatched immediately.

UNBOXING VIDEO MANDATE

PLEASE KINDLY TAKE A SEAMLESS UNBOXING VIDEO FROM THE MOMENT YOU OPEN THE SEALED SHIPMENT. This is mandatory to resolve claims regarding wrong items, missing items, or duplicate issues. We can only process replacement or refund requests in such cases when backed by a continuous unboxing video.
