Dispatch Schedule
All orders are processed and packaged inside our central warehouse in Mumbai. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST Monday through Saturday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
Tracking Details
As soon as your package has been handed over to our shipping partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, or Xpressbees), we will send you a shipment confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking link and tracking number. Please allow 12–24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's portal.
Geographic Coverage
Currently, MUM'S STITCH ships exclusively within India. We service over 19,000 pin codes nationwide. International delivery is not active at this time, but we are actively working to expand our logistics globally.
